- Automatically: We use software development kits (SDKs) such as Google Firebase and AWS-related SDKs to track usage analytics.
- Third-Party Services: We integrate with AWS Bedrock AI model providers (specifically Anthropic’s Claude) to process user chats. These third-party services may receive and process your data on our behalf.
4. Purpose of Collecting Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App’s functionality (including chat features).
- Process analytics and metrics to improve user experience and optimize our App.
- Deliver targeted or contextual advertising (if applicable).
- Communicate with you regarding updates, security alerts, and account-related notices.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests by public authorities.
5. Data Retention
Retention Period: We retain user data, including email, name, approximate location, and chat logs, until
the user specifically requests deletion.
Deletion Requests: If you request deletion of your personal data (see Section 6 below), we will delete
or anonymize it within 120 days. During this period, your data may still reside on backup or archival media.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- Access, Correction, and Deletion:
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time

in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
- Right to be Forgotten / Data Portability (GDPR):
If you reside in a region where GDPR applies, you may exercise your “right to be forgotten”

request.
- Opt-Out of Analytics or Advertising:
You can typically disable or limit certain analytics/advertising features by adjusting
device settings or limiting ad tracking on your device.
7. Children’s Privacy
We do not impose specific age restrictions on users of the App, and therefore, we may inadvertently
collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under the age of 16 in certain
jurisdictions). If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data without parental

such information promptly.

- Storage: Your data is stored in AWS services (e.g., AWS DynamoDB).
- Encryption: We rely on AWS’s default encryption protocols at rest and in transit to protect user data.
- Security Measures: We take reasonable steps to secure your personal data against unauthorized
access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic
storage is 100% secure.
9. International Data Transfers
Location of Servers: Your data is stored and processed in the AWS US region.
GDPR Compliance: For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we implement appropriate safeguards
(such as contractual obligations or standard contractual clauses) when transferring data to servers
located outside the EEA, as required by GDPR.
10. Third-Party Disclosures
- Service Providers: We may share information with third parties who provide services
on our behalf, such as analytics (Firebase) and AI processing (AWS Bedrock, Anthropic’s Claude).
- Advertising Partners: We may share or use data for advertising purposes if applicable.
- No Sale of Data: We do not sell personal information to data brokers or marketing agencies.
11. Cookies, SDKs, and Tracking
- SDKs Used: We use Firebase and AWS SDKs for analytics and crash reporting.

or platform settings.
